I was just tooling along thru 2008 and seeing some nice Cali/Hawaii stuff and the whole thing froze on me.

Exception in logOffWeeksSystem:WeeksAdapter RSUO004 has SystemException:Mainframe Transaction invoke failed, name=EVS1Adapter.Transactions:MISCOPYBOOK-Rsuo004, A response was not received within the specified time. Error ID = ( 1b6e / 0 )

I can't seem to get back in.

Last week we were on an exchange to Las Olas Beach Club. All week when I logged into RCI, from Las Olas, it kept asking me if I wanted to purchase cancellation insurance. Even asked me yesterday, on day I was supposed to check out. I was home by then!

I'm a programmer and they sure could use help in both programming and testing. I once tested for them from TUG, and found several problems. Their response, for the free help, was not much, then they forgot about us.

Yes I worked with them on the latest website enhancements. They don't take suggestions very well but I must also remember that they had most of their ideas in-house before they came to us.

I've just tried to contact RCI Europe through the 'Contact us' link only to receive a 'Permanent Failure' message from the postmaster at europe.rci.com - the address doesn't exist. I suppose that's one way to cut down on queries and complaints.
