HGVCs in Orlando: about when banked?

Planning ahead here.

I'm going to be looking for one of the HGVCs for Wk 8, 2010. I'll be using Wyndham points request-first, which means I'm going to have to call, and can't search on line.

About when would you expect the bank covering this week to happen? I vaguely recall that they bank relatively short-notice, but also that different seasons have different lookahead periods.

about 6 months in advance as a rule of thumb.

I can get back to you in a few on the week 8 time period.

Yeah, pretty much what I said. Look mid-too late Sept, early Oct for the following first quarter. Always assuming they will do what they've BEEN doing of course.
