Time for another rant about no europe exchanges

It is infuriating....so many excellent resorts in Europe available such as Carpe Diem, that I cannot get with either my points or weeks accounts. RCI must get them in exchange but prefer to rent via Extra Vacations and quadruple their money. I wish there was a way to track your week when deposited and see where it ends up!!!!

We can't do that but RCI employees with access to their computers can. Former active member Bootleg, an RCI employee, did, and reported many great weeks which were deposited for exchange, with no connection to points partners, cruises, etc., were immediately placed in RCI's seperate rental pool. Several RCI employees posting on a UK-based t/s site report the same thing.

I was able to trade into a 3 BR 2009 summer week at Barnsdale Country Club. I'm curious to hear from other members that have stayed there.
