I think that this is the staging that is leading up to the Exchange PluS DOLLARs to upgrade from a smaller to larger unit.
RCI has had that icon show up in weeks from time to time....so essentially it is a way to force weeks ownership into a points based trade. This is another cash cow idea from the folks who made it famous.
