  • "Trust" use of RCI week??? Guest cert?

My family has a irrevocable "trust" that bought a timeshare. THE TRUST OWNS THE TIMESHARE...NOT THE TRUSTEES.
There are 2 "Trustees" whose names are on the RCI membership...
One trustee's son, (same last name) who is one of the ultimate beneficiaries of the trust, is going to a week we traded for, thru RCI .
Can he use it without a guest cert. since he actually ultimately owns part of the trust?

    Thanks
    Jerry

I don't suppose he has the first given name? If not he needs a GC.

Those two don't need GCs and depending on the resort others with the same last name may not either. Call the resort in question ask them and get it in writing. Don't ask RCI, their answer will be 'yes.'
