Another example of the fantastic accuracy of RCI and why one wonders on the real correctness of ownership, payments and credits, deposits, trading value, etc. is demonstrated in this email that I received this morning. Take note of the dates...today is Feb 26, 2008...

"Our records indicate that you deposited your 2006 week, but have not yet deposited your 2007 week for GURNEY'S INN RESORT & SPA starting on 12/26/2008. There's still time left"

You missed the opportunity to ask the idiot to which account are they referring. That since you haven't had an account for years that if they comped you an account for 5 years AND allowed you to trade like it used to be, you just may be interested in a cruise.

They do keep track of your exchange activity, including any favors they have done for you. The inaccuracies come when they are pushing for deposits (so they can rent them out) or pushing the cruise deals (which really aren't much of a deal).

Gee, I feel left out as I do not get those types of calls from RCI for some reason.

I do get calls to increase my advertising for my company that I owned but retired from in March of 2001.
