Thinking of sending my nephew to the DR, through Last Call, will all i have to do is buy a gift certificate for him to be able to take the trip or what are the options that are available for this to occur through Last Call?

I did something similiar for a girl at work except she paid, all I had to do was put the reservation in her name. No guest certificate.
She's not a member of RCI, doesn't even own a timeshare .......yet.Comment
