Today 8:30AM Indianapolis dialed from area code 845 Eastern.

Wonderful, knowledgeable service. Got all the stuff fixed that the Phillipines screw up.

Remember when we tried to avoid Indy???

Ok what's with the area codes?......would you also add the time zones please.

If it helps mine were 714 and pacific time. I have varying results at different times.

So have we determined Eastern time:

Early morning is New Brunswick, Toronto, and Ireland?

And morning and mid day is who.....Indy and?

And then afternoon and evening is Indy and Mexico.

And End of day is the Philippines.

Do we have time estimates?

Joy is eastcoast and regularly gets New Brunswick. I'm just down the road a piece and tend to get Indy in the early mornings.

I try to tell by the name of the person and the accent but I always ask.

I'm on a call only when there is no other recourse with these people.

I use it as a conversational ice breaker. I ALWAYS ask where they are. and slather on the praise when I know I'm getting people that can actually understand the concepts of what I'm asking for!!!

For instance:

I've been trying to deposit a week since end of May. It is still pending. When I got "Tom in Indy" yesterday he completely understood why I wanted the request for deposit to reflect the initial date at just over a year as opposed to resubmission at under 11 months.
