If I have deposited my week with RCI and now I want to do a search, do I need to pay an upfront exchange fee or is that paid when the search is fulfilled.

If I have deposited my week with RCI and now I want to do a search, do I need to pay an upfront exchange fee or is that paid when the search is fulfilled.

You can on-line search without paying the exchange fee. An on-going search requires the fee be paid upfront to initiate it.
