Using RCI's VCs to Service Snap Travel's Rentals?

I would assume that our yearly RCI Membership Fees and our Exchange Fees pay the wages of the VC.

Snap Travel (an Outside Vendor) is using RCI's VCs for their Rental Transactions.

WHY are we paying for Snap Travel's expenses?

Snap Travel is part of RCI's Holiday Network. At this time, they contract RCI to provide this service. Only a small number of RCI staff in Indianapolis do this, not the bulk of RCI guides.
