One plus One letter--does anyone remember getting this?

I just called RCI to ask about using a One Plus One week. The guide said, very inarticulately and after much back-and-forthing, that all One Plus Ones expired at the end of May. He said RCI sent out a letter.

I didn't say, "Yeah, I remember this being discussed on TS$Ms, but I don't remember any letter!" All I said was, "Really? I don't remember any letter."

Does anybody remember a letter saying they were canceling the One Plus One program? Mind you, I still have three of them showing on my account.

I don't remember getting a letter but mine did expire May 31st according to my online weeks.

I did not receive a letter and they still appear on my online account as of saturday am anyway! They never did me any good anyway, but jeepers you'd think they would let people know!!!

Mine still show up on my account...for expiration date 7/09 and 2/10.

Mine are like that too. I had called to see if I could actually use one of them for a November trip. "Rowan," my VC, said no.

I could have used one a year or two ago, for a November week in, yes, the Poconos! We ended up not going that time. I could probably have used one this time, too, because the week I want is very off-season and is listed in Extra Vacations.

I used one last fall for a stay in Silverleaf Piney Shores for a nice weekend with the family. The cost was about the same as a Last Call week.

Called RCI

Okay, I called RCI to see if I could use my One-Plus-One. I got Linda, English seemed to be her primary language. She said nothing about not being able to use One-Plus-One. She said the only place in Florida you could use them was Weston. So I guess if you have them, you can still use them if in the right location.
