Does RCI have a flexchange period like II?

I've read about II having a period called flexchange which is 59 days before check-in where a deposit searching for an exchange during this period would have more trading power than it would outside of this period.

Does RCI have a similar concept?

Yes. It referred to as Last Minute and is from 45 days to check in. Allegedly, any resort/unit should see almost anything. Sometimes, it doesn't really work until 14 days prior to check in.
