Can I transfer free weeks to guests?

As part of my RCI points package, I recieved two free off season weeks each year. If I purchase guest passes, can I give those weeks to friends or family?

I called the RCI number in my materials (I think it goes to resort specific staff, not the general number) and they asked for the code number associated with my free weeks, then said, yes! I can gift them if I buy a guest certificate. Cool beans!

The answer is usually, yes, as long as you don't make any money, and they do, Rent Condos Instead.
