I thought the "Something Big" was going to be that they made the exchange searches like the Extra Vacation searches. Which I would be pretty happy about--I find those map-based searches so much easier than the weird "East Coast, Maine to Maryland" and "East of Mississippi, Most Available" choices.Comment

I wonder if they're having trouble renting all those units in the points system exchanged for things other than timeshare stays? If that's the case, the next big thing will be a reduction in point values for airline tickets, rental cars, massages, peticures, doggy day care, nursing home bills, supplemental O2 et......
I have to admit that I would find humor in the thought that RCI's business model of taking inventory out of exchanges and putting it into other income producing sectors was failing to produce the projected profit.
