"Something Big is Coming"

Tell me I'm not the only one who logged into RCI today and saw "Something Big is Coming" and CRINGED.

The only thing that tells me this might not be yet another horrible, unmitigated, disaster is that the date for whatever the something is is Aug 19. That is not a Sunday and therefore probably has nothing to do with the every Saturday night maintenance window.

Still, it makes me nervous.

RCI's reason to rejoice and mine are usually polar opposites.

That's what I was thinking, every time they say something like that it costs me money....hey did anybody notice that they killed off myRci? I guess they had no respect for the 3 people that allowed that to be on their computer...

hmmmm, that could be, when it first came out I did install it...that lasted about a minute and a half! Lucky for me, the uninstall worked perfectly.

I let my RCI membership expire in June. I see from my caller ID that they have been trying to reach me. Oh well.

I don't know. Seems to me that a Gold Crown resort in high season should get you something Couture. A studio would get you a blouse, a one bedroom a pair of shoes, and a two bedroom maybe a dress. For the gown it'd take something really special, like a 2 bedroom at the Crane.

I think maybe I'll wait till flexchange, and try and grab the gown with a 1 bdrm. No point in giving up the Crane, if I don't need to.
