  • Last Week for Last Minute RCI ex-ops

Hard to believe that summer is nearly over. I will be posting the LMs thru Thursday. That is when we will "lose" Labor Day Weekend in the weeks on-line searches.

It has been fun getting an idea of how much we can do in that window of opportunity. Using the dawgs in our accounts or making cheap points grabs. I certainly hope you have all enjoyed them and perhaps benefitted from some of my posts.

It has also been a very time consuming process. Taking upwards of 40 minutes each morning.

I will continue with Hawaii in the next 14 days with a dog trader and LMs will make some guest appearances for major holidays and winter/spring break periods.

If there are any specific requests to continue certain areas let me know.

Otherwise we move back to our regularly scheduled rounds for ex-ops.
    Lawren

Thanks Lawren2 for your efforts, it's interesting, even if I don't have an RCI account.

I read your Ex-Ops daily and have found some trades with it. Appreciate your work each day.

It killed me to look this year because I could not take advantage of any.

                Muchos gracias, senora!

I also learned some things. Much more LM specific east coast then west coast this past summer.

                  Excellent.

History is a guideline to what we can expect going forward. It is written in wet cement, but as a rule of thumb these types of exercises can give us a basis point in what to expect going forward.

Areas that just screamed with LM activity may very well be similar next year as areas that were rarely seen would also be an indicator.

                  Trends...

and also remember that RCI will keep that on-going search cycling along as well. So if you saw a lot of inventory this year, and wish to go next year. It would be something to consider. Putting that cheap MF dog trader in a search for say HHI or Big Sky,MT August might just pay off. Whereas Myrtle Beach or SCal probably wouldn't.

I run with these types of experiments all the time but am glad others realize that I'm not posting just to run up my daily totals.

Find another string to pull of course.

The west coast stuff was there, it's just gone by the time Lawren gets revved up. You need an ongoing search to get it or you need to be looking at the right time.

Don't get me wrong, there was stuff there. As you noted, one had to look at the right time - I mean left time. When I was looking, I was looking at both. Overall, it just seemed there was more LM east coast inventory. Just my uneducated observation.

I agree. It's easily seen in Lawren's finds, there is either more on the east coast or less people looking for east coast areas with ongoing searches.
