Can someone check EVs for Sunset Ridge Villas in October?

There is a week at Sunset Ridge Villas on Snaptravel beginning on 10/21/06, but I can't see it in Extra Vacations. Can someone else check with a standard resort to see if it's there? Rental issues aside, I am curious as to whether there is inventory on Snap that's not available to RCI members at all, or if I'm encountering VEP (would be odd, since I can see other similarly rated resorts).

Sorry, it's on St. John, a small island off of St Thomas in the Caribbean. Same island as the Westin St. John, though the "resort" is not "on par" with the Westin. Still on Snap, I wonder why they're not on EVs:
