Bootleg:
On Jan 14 I called RCI Weeks and asked for a Dikhololo week, for Sept 2006, to be transferred to Points. The guy took my credit card info for the charge to do this, but screwed up when he performed the action. He took my week out and returned it to me for my use.
When I found out in February what had happened I attempted to get Points to straignten the problem out, but they insist that Dikhololo must verify that the maintenance fees are paid on the qweek.
This week sat in RCI Weeks from March 2005 until Jan 2006, when I asked for the conversion to Points. Obviously the maintenance fee had been paid, otherwise the week could not have been deposited in the first place.
My problem is that it is proving impossible to get Dikhololo to pay any attention to the problem or to even answer me back. It is like pulling teeth to get them to deposit a week the first time after the maintenance fees have been paid, let alone helping to correct RCI's mistake.
What do you suggest that I do, other than resigning myself to the loss of the week and never attempting a conversion of a week to points again?
