Unable to View Additional Deposits

Help I can only see 3 of 9 spacebank weeks
I am unable to view any Additional Deposits
Using the new RCI Online Exchange System
Any suggestions on how to get this to work

Thanks to Jackio`s suggestion
I called RCI Tech Support and
the guy told me how to fix it

Click on - Tools - Internet Options - Privacy
Website Override - Edit - Allow RCI - and
now I can see all of my spacebank deposits.

I dont have any deposits visible there, either.

I still have a generic Wyndham deposit until 7/31/2009. Is that considered supplemental?

Supplemental Weeks
Supplemental Weeks include: Deposits Used to Hold Vacations, Deposited Weeks Pending Verification and Non-Standard Weeks. Please call an RCI Vacation Guide 1-800-338-7777 to search against any of these weeks.

I, too, could only see 3 banked weeks. I called up tech support and they fixed it for me.

RCI The New System is not working for me

I had it working for awhile but now
I can only see 3 of our spacebank weeks

I am unable to view any Additional Deposits

Chrome problem...

The default is to show only the first three deposits, then there is a red clickable "View Additional Deposits" line below them.

Clicking on this should bring up all of your deposits, and it works correctly for IE, Seamonkey and Firefox but fails miserably for Chrome. Didn't test it on other browsers...

I use Firefox and the deposits do not show up. When I use Internet Explorer they are there.

Yes, I know.... then use Internet Explorer!
