So I check my ongoing search this morning, and there is a week on hold in my account with a checkin of 12/26/08 (woohoo, holiday week at Mt Snow).
Spent quite a while coordinating schedules, clearing it with family, etc... I had to call to confirm because I couldn't use my credit online. Turns out the checkin date is WRONG. It's really 12/27. Not the end of the world in my case since I didn't purchase air, but a real disappointment since we can't use the whole week anyway and now we lose another night (if we keep it, it may not be worth it for just three nights). I know the checkin dates on confirmed weeks are wrong, but I've already planned those!
Up the chain to a supervisor, they are really swamped with complaints and all he could do was agree with me that the system was completely screwed up.
