RCI Quality Of The Service Survey
I made an exchange over the weekend. Today I got an email to do RCI's Quality Of The Service Survey. I did the rating but I also wrote the following.

1) While I like the new RCI Web Site, your computer is slow, and it has too many errors and bugs.
2) While I think your company is the best exchange company for number of exchanges, your ever increasing fees will force more and more timeshare owners to use the timeshare weeks, not exchange, and give up their RCI membership.
