I just logged into my RCI Points account, and noticed that my confirmed exchange for week 52 is no longer listed (it was there yesterday). Is this a normal Saturday event? Are others experiencing the same?

I have numerous reservations in points that disappeared 6 months ago and never show up, I called and had them fax me a copy of everyone, and I do not plan on losing my copies, it scares me that it is invisible on my screen. -
There's a separate tab or button for confirmed reservations. When you open up My Account, look around for buttons that say On Hold and Confirmed. Mine "disappeared" and it took a bit of hunting to find them.Comment

Finding the Confirmed "link" is not a problem. Finding my confirmed reservation is. It was there yesterday, but gone today.
I called the resort this evening, and they verified my reservation is in place. I use II much more than I use RCI and never had this unsettling experience with II.
I've seen so many posts about RCI cancelling confirmed reservations at the last minute, that I became rather nervous when mine went missing. My confirmations are still showing.

My confirmations are still showing, however they are for August of 09 and not close in reservations like yours.

This has happened to me quite a lot since the new RCI search methods were introduced. Almost all of the time if I log out of RCI.com and then log in again I can see my confirmed vacations.Comment

I had the same problem. I logged out and back in and still nothing. I played with the buttons and tabs and finally they showed up.
I print them all right away.
