Trouble with RCI site

Anyone else having trouble with RCI site today.
When I try to get in to search it just keeps clocking on the deposit window and never gets to the point where it shows no. of units available with each deposit.
Did not see any anouncements for any down time or problems other than the usual maintenence notice.

It's been like that since about midnight on the Weeks side as I've been experiencing the same. The Points side seems to be fine.

I was havign the same problem about 9:00 p.m. West Coast last night.

RCI says it will be fixed tonight

I called RCI website support. They told me that they knew about the problem and that theywere going to fix it tonight when they go down for their weekly maintenance.

If that's truly how it was conveyed, that's a good one. How many other large companies, honestly, would offer as an excuse to a customer who calls in, "Oh, yeah, we know we have a problem with our website, which is what we encourage everyone to use, but we're going to work on it tonight while we're offline anyway."

Even if that's the truth, wouldn't the better "public line" be, "We know, we're working on it as hard as we can but it's possible it may not be straightened out until we shut down for weekly maintenance."

I'm honestly not an RCI basher, but I just find that an odd public relations position on the part of their support staff.

My first 2 deposits will load luckily the second is a tiger but only runs thru Aug2010 the third visible, also a tiger will not load...

I guess my question is it because it is a tiger or is it past the second available exchanger in your list?

Guess I'm glad to know I"m not alone --- 2 dogs to search with and neither will load, just keeps spinning.
