I know what they do every Saturday night. They check the deposits, one by one, and remove anything for January in SW FL.

Couldn't RCI hire just one programmer that's previously worked with sorting a database? I'm sure eBay's furloughed someone in the last year (not that eBay has it nailed either, by any means, but they're considerably better than RCI with a nearly infinitely larger database). RCI's web site is pathetic. As soon as I dump my Points account, I'm done w/RCI and never looking back -- mostly because of their pathetic website.JimComment

OK Points is up...sort of
so instead of doing something productive, like balancing my checkbook I will now take a look at what's there!

I just booked a 3 day stay at a points resort this morning so it must be weeks resorts you are unable to book using points. I did check my account to make sure it was there and printed it out. It does make you wonder what they do every Sat night
