Some details on 2nd class action lawsuit against RCI on rentals

According to an email newsalert from Timesharing Today, the second class action lawsuit against RCI on the rental issue, the one filed in federal court, is captioned Murillo vs. RCI and is case number 06-1222 but it doesn't say which district it is filed in. Four major class action law firms, based in NJ, NY, DC, and IL are involved.
