Denied ability to extend RCI subscribing membership

we were just on the phone to rci points and inquired about taking advantage of the 35 anniversary renewal special

we were told we cannot extend our membership since we are paid until 2012 and they cannot extend beyond that year

anyone else here experienced a similar denial of extending...???

I Just Did It 4 Days Ago!

I was paid until 2012 in the Weeks side of RCI. And I now am paid up to 2017.

I was paid in Weeks till 2010 and they let me extend to 2015.

it seems like it is a POINTS side issue then

she did say the weeks side did not have the same restrictions in our conversation so i told her i would extend my weeks side, she said i did not have to since it was "free" with points subscription

will call again see what happens
