RCI sent me an email promoting ...myRCI... a downloadable information
service from RCi with a desktop logo for easy notification of specials etc.
after browsing through all the FAQ s etc I tried to register,what a farce.
my RCI number,email address and zip code ( here in Canada it is a postal
code ,alpha numerical) RCI responded we dont have this zip code in our system......try again......
Several times I have used postal codes in lieu of zip codes in US based
computer surveys ,web purchases etc , and mainly no problems
Seems to me that RCI doesnt care,anybody else having the same problem?

can't install it either, my zip code doesn't work. Funny thing is it si the same zip code as the hyatt cocunut Palms.
