Exchanging into HGVC

HGVC has had bulk deposits for their resorts lately with regular RCI Weeks exchange. I tried to exchange for it with RCI Points, weeks and standard points and it is not available, yet it has been sighted per this board. Would anyone know if the other points brands such as Diamond or FSP be able to exchange for the HGVC weeks?
