I still don't know what your original post says but Rents Condos Instead of exchanging to the benefit of members has been getting worse and worse in my ten years of timesharing. They, and most of the major developers have the excuse and 'cover' of the points systems they've created to have an excuse to 'monetize' your ownership or deposit to cover the cost of the miles or tix they give you PLUS much more. The recent class action suit is proof that they have more lawyers than you do. Vote with your feet and your deposits - go somewhere else with them. You're wasting your time, money, and energy with RCI.

Big money has been robbing America just like RCI for decades. They rob and don't respond. They also punished and threatened me.I objected to class action with evidence you saw and much more. If you have anything against RCI you should object to class action. We have to stop big money robbing America at will. .

Thanks. RCI recently made up a lie to cancel three confirmed weeks in Hawaii. In six weeks they have not responded to proof of lie. Meanwhile friends and I have paid airline tickets and fishing charters

I use rci probably more than anybody. I sent much more evidence to clerk of court to object class action. It is my belief that anybody that has been hurt by rci should object to ludicrous. RCI illegally rented my unit nine months ago then ruined my credit because I wouldn't pay monthly fee. They also illegally cancelled weeks in Hawaii. Partners is two for two in ripping me off. If anybody was hurt by rci they should object to settlement showing RCI is criminal. Sixty two statements to rci and not one response. Typical big money robbing America at will.

This is my first time ever on a forum and the only reason I joined was to warn people. Nine months ago I found out that there were illegal groups in my unit over the years. There have been other crimes,such as partners intentionally overcharging,a week disappearing from wyndham to rci weeks,telling me I was going to get cash credit but never did. The key here is that 16 entities of RCI and Wyndham have never responded including Ballotti and I have 62 confirmations of rci receipt of complaints. I have been severly punished by RCI and I am doing this for the little guy. In case you haven't noticed big money robs America at will,so wake up and smell the coffee and help with this fight

Over the years many people have complained about RCI but they like I have been saying for years,what can I do? When RCI was illegally renting my room and when my credit got destroyed,I said this crap must stop. I was not paying resort until they tell me what they did. He hurt my credit. My recent punishment was that girl made up lie to cancel three weeks in Hawaii even though airfares and fishing charters are paid for. I have been addressing lie to many in RCI with no response. Meanwhile my friends and I are extremely annoyed and stressed After 9 months,Ruff writes me a letter and doesn't answer any questions and threatens to throw me out of RCI. Three days ago feedback told me to talk to Shaunessy VP security He sent 3 letters and gave no output. He insisted on me calling him so he can threaten me on the phone like Ruff did in letter. In three days he has not responded to anything I asked and he is now spokesman for RCI. If anybody has had problems with RCI,many people don't know they have problems with RCI because RCI intentionally has not let us see info for years,they should object to class action settlement to show RCI criminals. RCI robs millions,pays pennies,then says they did nothing wrong. Help if you can. Thanks
