As one who has fought a good fight for more than ten years, sent my share of letters to Kenneth May, the FTC, the FL and HA Real Estate Commission, Jane Reno, the AG, and others, and at one point submitted a 159-page report to substantiate my claims, Slim does not appear to be a person who could ever help the cause.

I believe they are rants, not raves, btw.

Maybe he will mellow over the next ten years, as I have.

I would guess he probably has not googled this topic, to see that he is not the first, that there are already plenty of warnings out there.

It appears that you have fought the battle and lost. Big money has been robbing America at will for decades and we are sick of it. We take on RCI individually and can't win. This site is a way to fight together. A key tip is to attack RCI from entities that can't be paid off by RCI. That class action settlement is a joke. Is this corrupt also? Anybody hurt by RCI should object to the settlement to just show that RCI is criminal. You can write your credit card company,give them evidence and ask them to investigate. You can get your complaint in the press. You can give your complaint to a watchdog TV show. I and friends have just begun to fight If you want to help give suggestions and tell every RCI member to object to the settlement. Must be postmarked by noon April 4

Slim,

No one thinks it's a joke, no one ! Many of us have had bad experiences with RCI. You are among fellow sufferers here on that point.

It's just that it's hard to tell if someone is really sincere and in command of the facts when they do not know the correct name of their own resort, the resort that seems to have played such a central role in your grievance with RCI.

This is not being said to make you feel or look bad. You say you've been wronged, but from your posts, it's still not clear. I have given up. Sorry.

And what does that have to do with RCI? Statements like this do not help your cause or credibility.

People here are really trying to understand your issue and would gladly offer advice, but you have not provided any clear information on what RCI supposedly did to you. You said that RCI put people in your unit illegally -- what are the details here? Did you not deposit your week with them? Help us out a bit.
