FOR 9 MONTHS RCI HAS NOT RESPONDED TO ME ABOUT PEOPLE ILLEGALLY BEING IN MY UNIT. RCI HAS ROBBED ME REPEATEDLY,FAILED TO RESPOND,LIED TO PUNISH ME,STILL DOESNT RESPOND THEN THREATENED ME TWICE. THERE IS A CLASS ACTION WHICH EVERYBODY SHOULD OBJECT TO. THEY ROB HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF DOLLARS FROM MEMBERS,THEN IN CLASS ACTION THEY PAY PENNIES AND SAID THEY DID NOTHING WRONG.GOOGLE RCI CLASS ACTION AND OBJECT TO SETTLEMENT AND TELL WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU. BELOW IS WHAT I SENT TO COURT CLERK AND 2 LAWYERS HANDLING CASE.IF ANYBODY KNOWS ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS WITH RCI,POST HERE AND OBJECT TO SETTLEMENT OF CLASS ACTION. ALSO WRITE YOUR AG. GOOD LUCK
> 03/31/09. Dear Clerk of the Court,Mr. Benson, Mr. Pitney .My name is XXXXXX, RCI account XXXXX. I have already objected to you the settlement of RCI in a class action. I gave you many pages of evidence against RCI. On one group of evidence I said that with all the evidence that I have given you it is only about 25 percent of the evidence. To make it simpler for you gentlemen to realize the depth and audacity of RCI crimes, I made up some of the questions that RCI has repeatedly not answered. I am sending what I sent you to RCI feedback so that Mr. Ruff and Albright can answer the questions. If they dont answer the questions, I have given answers to give them a chance to deny and send such denial to you and me. As I said in previous letter if RCI does not respond, everything that I said is true. Believe it or not there are many more unanswered questions, but I would have to read a book to ascertain and I am very busy now,but I will get you other questions. I emailed Jack Shaunnesy VP Security of Wyndham the facts that based on the evidence that I already sent you both Mr. Ruff and Mr Albright should never work in travel industry again. RCI after never addressing any of the questions below ,wants Mr. Shaunnesy VP security to handle the case. Why security? Threats and intimidation like Mr. Ruff.This is why he insists on talking. I will be sending you more questions that RCI never answered in about ten days. I thank you for your attention to this matter. XXXXXXX. PS The complete no response from anybody at RCI or Wyndham started when several groups were illegally in my unit over the years. The depth of RCI crimes is extremely undervalued and so many members have been robbed and have said for years,what I have said. What can I do? When people were illegally in my unit and my credit was destroyed, I kept all emails to prove RCI corruption.Just going by what they robbed from me,and they know that I know what they are doing, the settlement should be over 100,000,000 dollars. For six weeks, now I and friends have been left hanging by RCI and Wyndham because they know we have airfares and fishing charters paid for. The new spokesman for RCI has not spoken one word in three letters. He has given absolutely no output. If court needs proof I will send letters. This punishment is to show that members cant stand up for their rights. For For 9 months I have 62 responses from RCI that they have received my questions and proof of RCI crimes. Has any of the issues that I have written below been answered by RCI or Wyndham----No Because of the collective no response of RCI and Wyndham over the last nine months have I asked repeatedly about 10 RCI and Wyndham employees to have Mr. Ballotti address the crimes of RCI----Yes, I have also asked Mr Shaunssey to have Mr. Ballotti write. Who is responsible for whom stays in my unit at Ocean Villas Resort? ---- RCI. When I showed you proof that there were illegal people in my unit, did you do anything to resolve what happened----No. When I showed you that Ocean View supervisor repeatedly was not responding to me after he said that he had the evidence in front of his eyes did you do anything to get him to respond. (You are respondible for whom is in my unit) ---- No. When I told you that the Ocean View supervisor was going to ruin my credit, did you do anything to investigate----No. You charged me 115,000 points plus 131 dollars for a small room,off season, and pretty far from the city. Did you punish anybody for this extreme overcharge?----No. When Orbitz refused to tell me what I was charged for the room were they trying to protect your crimes----Yes. Why is it that Radisson could not tell me what they charged you for my room. Fraud. When I told you I didn't have a pool or shuttle to the city as promised, did you do anything to compensate me----No. The few points you gave me was like robbing 5000 dollars,getting caught, and returning 1000 dollars----Yes. The official RCI confirmation did not have breakfast allowed or the number of points charged. Why? So you can say no breakfast was allowed on confirmation and you could charge whatever points that you want. This is why I called before trip and got confirmation from 3 different employees. Being that 115,000 points were not on confirmation, should you give me back points----Yes because breakfast was not on confirmation. Did you return points----No. When I sent you proof of my bills for phone and breakfast did you respond at all----No. When I told you a week disappeared in transfer from Wyndham, to RCI did you try to figure out what happened. RCI supervisor only said that these things happen----No. With all the software tech,why is it that we have the same problems as not seeing our weeks and points activity as we had years ago----To rob weeks and points.
