Dear rci employee. The head of this forum should be screening out rci employees like yourself. I can't say any bad words. But you are a xxxxx. First of all,the electricity is paid by person who owns unit. Second of all,as I stated, air conditioning is not used now. Third of all this has happened at other resorts without RCi saying anything. It is very simple for people to understand that RCI robbed twenty million dollars from members by selling millions of points to nice people who can no longer use the points because RCI had small print which stated they could do anything. I can't say bad words,so do you understand the above. Yes or No

I think we have banned 4 people since this forum came into existance. We are very tolerant. I know you have been warned previously, off line by someone else here. I am not as subtle.

I understand better than most your outrage about RCI and it's practices. You must be able to stop ranting and provide specifics if you are to get anywhere here or with legal actions.

Stop lashing out at people who only want to help you.

What do buyers of points in Mexico have to do with your personal situation? You own at Ocean Villas no? Mexico has always been a poor trader in RCI because there are so many resorts. If people cannot figure out how to use what they bought it is not RCI's fault but the resort sale's staff that sold them a bill of goods and their own fault for not taking the time to figure out the system.

I am not saying it is right. It is what it is.

Still and all there are places like here that can help people utilize what they have. If they want to take the time to learn how.

It is quite a normal surcharge to pay for utilities used. Had you exchanged frequently and extensively you would be aware that in places of high utility costs many of the resorts, popular or not have a utilities surcharge.

I own a resort week in Ireland. Ireland is one of the most difficult exchanges and even when I use my OWNED week at the resort, and after having paid my maintenance fees I am still responsible for the utilities used. I have exchanged to England and other areas of high utilities costs and have had to pay the surcharge.

If you don't agree with the rules, then don't accept the exchange. Below is a copy and paste from an available exchange at the resort you claim to be staying. It is spelled out in English exactly what is charged including the utility charge and the tourist tax charges.

I have been around the block and all I have been getting is insult after insult. Never on forum before and I am in Hawaii trying to let you know what is going on Do you think I come on here to make up Lies? I have repeated many times but it appears it is ok to rob twenty million dollars from people who bought millions of dollars of points and because RCI changed rules so they can't use the points. The writing is in small print. Everybody who criticed me tell me if true or not. This is very simple to understand. Joy. Stayed at Gallway bay cottages and had to pay utilities. Kindly tell me if this is listed in RCI. The seventy dollars was posted by rci,so I know that I have to pay. While at resort people are saying like I have said. Owner pays for electricity so why do we. Again there is no AC in March. There are very nice people in rci just like AIG,Enron and worldcom but upper management will rob you and then don't respond. I have been asking everyone for over a month to talk to Ballotti CEO no response. About six weeks ago a girl lied to cancel my weeks in Hawaii We have airfares and fishing charters paid for. The girl tells me that the matter is very time sensitive and then nobody responds in over six weeks after I gave proof girl lied. Keep watching we will get to the truth. Again,yes or no. Did Rci knowingly rob twenty million dollars from people in Mexico. I saw in google. Four thousand people average five thousand dollars robbed. Don't say you don't understand this. I would like some help or response from people who believe in what I am saying. If you don't believe in what I am saying don't insult me. Like I have writing ability of fifth grader. Trying to understand your messages is like trying to make sense of spagetti - it's a convoluted mess. Also, you are all over the map with unproven innuendo and conjecture.

I will respond to this one point to show the fallacy of some of your thinking. Although you say you are an experienced timesharer, you are apparently not that experienced to know that different countries/resorts have different rules for payment of housekeeping and utilities fees.

Although I own at a North American resort, and pay housekeeping costs for whoever uses my week when I trade with it, if I go to the Caribbean I pay housekeeping costs there. Same for utility bills - I've actually stayed at Galway (only one L) Bay cottages and they are lovely, but yes you do have to pay for gas heating costs and for electricity usage, and no the owner does not pay.

You are saying that I - and all others in the same situation - am being ripped off by RCI, but that is a nonsense as it's absolutely nothing to do with RCI at all, but a consequence of the difference between the policies of the resort you trade with and the resort you go to.

Joy made this point to you but you are still repeating it in a subsequent message, so you are obviously not listening.

Many of your other points that you ascribe to RCI are also wrong.

As many have said, you would make your points more successfully if you stop ranting and write them down in logical order with facts to back up each of them. And I suggest you do this in the quiet of a room rather than on a boat in high seas... And yes, you do not have the writing of a 5th grader - any 12 year-old who wrote like you would be sent back to the 4th grade.

I think you only came to this forum to let people know about the problems you and others are having with Blue Bay Club, how the rules changed, and how that has impacted your membership with RCI. You are looking for other people who bought from Blue Bay and would like to tell them how they can have their complaints heard and acted upon. You would like to help people who are having problems with Blue Bay Club and RCI exchanges rather than talk about how to use your timeshare and exchange with RCI. Is this correct?

I am just guessing, but I don't think there are other Blue Bay owners here. If there are, I feel sure they will contact you.

I understand that you are new to forums. The people on this forum are very kind when it comes to helping new people understand how to make the most of their timeshares and exchanging. If you have any questions about how best to use your timeshare with RCI, I feel sure someone will help you work out what the rules are.

You certainly have a lot of passion and energy for your legal case and have created a lot of interest in this issue. I am sure others with the same passion will find this thread and forum and contact you for help. Good luck with your legal case.

Don't forget, if you want to make the best of your timeshare, ask the people here, they have many, many years of experience with RCI and their constantly changing rules.

I use RCI about ten times a year. If blue bay people are on here please write. I would like to talk to you. Nobody has mentioned what the intentions of rci was at blue bay. Nobody has challenged the google statement that four thousand people were robbed average of five thousand dollars. That is twenty million dollars. The insults that people write don't have to be written I feel they are only written to imply that I don't know what I am talking. I think these are RCI employees defending all costs. The proof will come. Check on my story once in a while. Again blue bay was stated by me to show the motives of rci. Someone said shut up and I have the intelligence of a fourth grader. That has been thoroughly discussed here and on other Internet TS forums, has been well presented by knowledgeable people in the industry opposed to the settlement, and those who desire to have already objected to it.

Over 20 years we have owned 6 weeks most of the time. We have more than 100 exchanges and a few bonus weeks. How about you?

I see you as having a personal growth and learning experience available to you. You can learn how to channel and manage your anger, or you can ignore us.

Part of the adventure of timesharing is the challenge to determine how much or how little of what was presented to us, or how we perceived what was presented to us, is real, how much of that changes without our permission and against our will, and how we deal with it.

I have persnally seen america robbed on a daily basis for five years by frontrunning. Merrill Lynch robbed billions and now we are bailing them out. I could be doing other things then trying to warn you. RCI is doing the same thing Wall St firms have done rob billions pay pennies and say they did nothing wrong. Wall st robbed trillions and who is in jail. I have seen hostility here because I am trying to take the golden spoon from criminals. In the future remember what I told you here
