I see messages where you folks think it was hawaii for 1-4 rule. It was a 70 foot sailboat trip. The point was i had it confirmed and airfare paid for. Rci cancelled trip. I asked why. Rci stated 1-4 rule. I said nowhere on anything that you have written is this 1-4 rule printed. Rci said that i should know rule,yet the person that gave me confirmation did not know rule. Easily understood because it was printed nowhere. Does anyone know why mandatory meals are so highly priced? I have never done such a trip.

A 70ft Sailboat trip. Now that would be cool. I know nothing about them, like who does them or where they are. But, it would be cool as long as the seas are calm.

100 percent proof of rci corruption

LATELY,I HAVE BEEN GETTING SOME SUPPORT. AFTER I SHOW THE CRITICS 100 PERCENT PROOF OF RCI CORRUPTION,I WOULD LIKE TO HEAR A RESPONSE. It has been previously stated to you that RCI did not rent out your unit and your alleged credit issues are not with RCI but with your home resort. If you wish to continue to use your RCI benefits you will need to allow the charges to go through for your future exchanges along with the $547.00 to pay for the past vacations which you have disputed with your credit card company. Until this issue is resolved we will be unable to attempt to reinstate your confirmations. Since these confirmations have been cancelled, there is no guarantee the inventory will still be available. You can understand how urgency in this matter is important since inventory changes every day. We do want you to successfully transact with RCI and encourage you to address this issue as quickly as possible.

Slim, can you tell us which resort you own at on the OBX? Your post that attempts to do that matches the name of one resort with a management company that does not manage that resort and never has but manages two other OBX resorts.

I agree with you that RCI's actions are outrageous. Have you tried to get this info out to the other owners of your resort(s)? Perhaps a letter to the editor of the resort newsletter or going to the annual HOA meeting and standing up and speaking on the subject? Have you asked the HOA to dual affiliate with II? (If you are at OBBC, of course, they already are). Have you asked them to let other owners know that there are independent exchange companies they can use?

Most of us already know the problems with RCI. You are preaching to the choir. There are other souls out there that you could save, and your own resorts would be the place to start.

I have worked very hard on this forum to show what rci is. I objected to class action. Do you or anybody know if i can add more evidence to the court? Also,if i can get three serious criminals in jail, i would go to hearing. Does anybody know if i can do anything? Let us work as a team.

I sent about 25 pages of evidence to the court and people claim they didnt understand what i said. The purpose of rci is to rob members and then not respond. I will let anybody forward my evidence to anybody who can help. We have to act as a team. I fought the corruption of rci and got my brains beat in and vacations illegally stolen.

You have told us you own at a resort on the Outer Banks, usually abbreviated OBX, and cited a management company at a different resort there.

I think the main way forward at this time is to educate our resorts and our fellow timesharers there as to RCI's activities. The objections, including the one I sent, to the settlement/sellout are in, and whatever will happen from that will happen.

You might also consider complaining to the Consumer Protection Divisions of the State Attorneys General in the states where your timeshares are located.

It is happening a lot and wasting valuable time. Kindly give us small amounts of information about yourself so we can work out what you are telling us. We also need you to answer our questions so we can work out if we have understood properly.

Your team here is unsure what timeshare you own. Kindly tell us the name of your timeshare and who you bought it from. That information is needed so we can get started working out a plan.

I am so sorry that you refuse to read the posts where the long time members have replied to you, and the members have continually said that we do not believe RCI is without problem. You have refused to read where we have asked you not to post the long copied posts and not to repeat the same post. You have refused to explain your confusing posts. No one, I said No One has said RCI is without problems, but you are not listening. From what has been read here, it looks as you have not understand what you own, or how to use your ownership or RCI. Everyone is out to get you, from RCI to Madoff to resorts in Mexico that you do not own. You don't pay your bills and blame others. And there you are with your hand out waiting for the courts or someone to bail you out and no one can understand what you are saying to even try to help you out.

I am done with you and your rantings. I don't understand why you haven't been banned, but I don't have a trigger to pull on that gun.

RCI is giant and greedy. I agree with that. The term "serious crimes", however, I'm not so sure. Unethical, yes. Criminal? I'm not sure what crimes they have committed or even if they've barely skirted the law.

I'm not sure why you don't pick up the phone and talk with the guy that's willing to TALK but not EMAIL. Nothing to lose.

I really don't think it would matter if we objected to the settlement or not. RCI will continue to act in RCI's best interest, hand slap or not.
