Rci serious crimes effects all members

I'm wondering if the huge communication/comprehension problem is further complicated by limited forum/computer experience. I have suspected for a while that Slim is getting lost in cyberspace and I've just found this in another RCI thread

I put the links in some of my other posts so he managed to get there, then couldn't get out. If you can't move from thread to thread, or page to page, it would be difficult to reread all of the posts and keep up with and remember the questions and comments (and even who you have told what). It takes a while to work out how forums operate and also how large they are. Also teasing and sarcasm might be hard to comprehend when English is the second language.

rci crimes

Still getting some critics. These people probably loved bernie madoff. One of many cases. Rci partners charged me 115,000 points and 131 dollars for a small hotel room,far outside istanbul turkey.the official rci confirmation did not have points or the breakfast for two that was promised. I callled and was promised by three different people at partners that breakfast was included. The last time that i used partners i was charged 150 dollars more than was agreed on by partners.gave to car co. As dispute,they agreed that price was out of range and credited my account. Get to istanbul turkey and breakfast was not included.sent repeated emails to rci with no response. Called up rci, waited long time,and person said i was to get breakfast,contacted management at resort,no breakfast. I sent rci bills for breakfast,and phone calls to them and not one word of response. Resort could not tell me what they charged,nor would orbitz tell me anything. The point is that this was a super overcharge. Rci gave me some points back,but was still super overcharge. Them not responding is in black and white as is the evidence that i gave you about rci corruption. The pool didnt work and there was no van to the city as was promised,so i had to pay taxi. Gave this bill to rci and no response. The vacation was ruined and the stress for rci not responding was incomparable. I have travelled all over the world and when you address a problem with a company,they address the problem.rci does what it wants to do despite the law. More cases to come.

A person or two also objected to class action settlement. Did you get response from court? Can we give court more evidence?can we achieve anything going to hearing. Can we put anyone under oath to finally answer questions. I will let critics know if i get a response from rci.

Opting out of the class action does not get you a response from the court looking for more evidence. Opting out gives you the right to sue RCI as an individual, which is why the RCI rep asked you which state you would be filing your lawsuit in. Maybe you should just go ahead and sue RCI instead of continuing to rant here. I suggest you get a lawyer if you want to be taken seriously, but you may quickly find it's not the worth it. And if you want a response from RCI, you should hire a lawyer to file a claim against them. Then they will respond.

When you opt out of the settlement all you are telling the court is that you are choosing to no longer be involved with that lawsuit.

That's all it means. After you opt out, you are free to do any of the following:

1. start your own lawsuit against RCI
2. join someone else's lawsuit against RCI
3. do nothing and drop the whole matter.

But if you opt out of the current lawsuit it's silly to talk about presenting evidence or putting people under oath. Because if you opt out that means you are choosing to not be involved with that lawsuit. And if you are not involved then you have no right to be involved in any of the proceedings.

As Glitter said, if you want to be involved in the lawsuit you need to hire a lawyer to represent you. Courts have rules and procedures for accepting evidence and information, obtaining testimony, etc. You can't just mail something to the court and have it become part of evidence.

There is also a procedure for how legal arguments are prepared.

Rci crimes

Thank you jlb, i was asked why i didnt talk to jack shaunessy. After 9 months,i get a response from rich ruff vp rci. In this letter he doesnt answer any questions and threatens to throw me out of rci twice. This person should not be in travel industry and i sent this evidence to the court. Now feedback at rci tells me to talk to a vp security. This is a spokesman? He says we should discuss problem,but as you see in the evidencehe only wants to talk verbally to threaten me like mr. Ruff did. The reason rci does what it wants to is because anybody goes through hell to get justice. One of you said, is it worth the trouble. I have seen the little guy robbed at will by big money my whole life. I only started logging what was happening after rci had different illegal groups in my resort and then ruined my credit.i put on this site 40 or 50 cases of fraud against rci by other people. In all these crimes,what penalty has rci paid and who is in jail. Think of trillions of dollars robbed from us by big money and who is in jail. We are now forced to give money to these criminals. Are you kidding me?

How does Orbitz figure into this?

Did you try to seek breakfast reimbursement from the resort?

Now that I think about it, it's been ten years since that voice at RCI on the other end of the phone, said, "We have a legal department for people like you."

Not that I'm keeping track, or that stuff like that sticks with me.

Another important item. I addressed rci problems with credit card company. Rci did not respond to crimes with credit card co. And i was refunded about 800 dollars. Rci thinks they dont have to respond to anybody. I still have received no response from vp. You are see live, obstruction of justice.

When you find a lawyer they will want you to answer their questions. It is the same as this forum - they need answers to their questions before they can assist you.
