To clarify this, when you view My Account on rci.com, RCI Elite Rewards credits (RCI Member Dollars) do not show up as Exchange Balance.
When to go to the Confirm Exchange page it shows up, and you can select it as a payment method.
That is better than it was forever, until last year, because before then you had to call a Guide to use it, which cost more than online, and then you had a credit, if you could get it, that you also could not use online.
