I did my own trade test

I own 3 weeks at a resort that is part of Wyndham. It has always trades well but how well depends on where my weeks fall in the calendar. I own weeks 26, 51 and 52. Most times week 51 is Xmas but not always. My week 26 always traded the strongest followed by 52 then 51.

Now my weeks 51 and 52 (which now are exactly the same) are stronger than my week 26, but not by much. I did a little test (which took forever) and found that my week 26 is not showing some WorldMark resorts, which used to get me priority because they are associated with Wyndham. I tried to see if there was a discrepancy in the Wyndham numbers too, but it was just taking too long so I gave up.

Overall I think my best traders are trading a little poorer, but my weakest trader is much stronger. And there is much less variation between the weeks.

I agree with your results. I have 2 weeks deposiited both Colorado summer in the same area. Before, My one week was pulling ~161000 and the weaker 101000. After the maintenance 140000 and 135000 respectively.

I am glad to see the lesser week come up but really hate to see the tiger drop.

What I don't understand is, if everyone's tigers dropped, who is able to trade into those resorts that no one can see any longer. Or are they just out of the system and in the rental pool.

That's the big mystery - since the maintenance fiasco last weekend why are the tiger traders showing less and and the weaker showing more? Very strange...

I see lots of rentals when I look at the list that shows both rentals and exchanges. It was even more jammed with rentals, especially for better weeks right after the maintenance. Since then, more exchanges have appeared and rentals have been reduced, at some resorts substantially.

Our tiger lost between 25 - 30K. Our weak trader went up about 10k. What I noticed is that our tiger no longer sees the three and four bedroom options that it was seeing before the "improvements".
