Odd call from RCI

We recently confirmed a week to PV for 2010. Someone from RCI called last night to check to see if we had received our written confirmation. I said we had and asked why she was calling. The response was they were just double checking because they had been having some problems with their computer system (an understatement!).

We have confirmed 3 exchanges since the new update but this was the most recent and the only one she was concerned about. Has anyone else gotten a call like that recently? Is anyone not getting their written confirmation?

hhmmm... I made 2 reservations recently. Received a written confirmation for one but not the other. I better check with RCI.
