Not all about greed . . .

The site is a joke. So slow that I just give up. Maybe they should remove the avis, hertz adds along with the cruise links that are total rip offs. I sometimes get acceptable exchanges when i get access, but lately it's a waste of time even trying to get access.

RCI seems, once again to not care about us members. They "lost" the lawsuit and still treat us members as second class. It's all about greed.

It's not ALL about greed. There's a big dose of incompetence added in.

RCI has the 1960's General Motors mentality: Because they're the biggest, they can do whatever they want, with whatever quality, and it won't matter. I don't think that they will survive as long as GM did (until its bankruptcy).
