    Hi Marc,

Is this the first step towards being able to make on-line transactions?

Hello Vinolover, yes it certainly is. All members will shortly receive a webguide by post along with an activation letter etc...We have launched today to pre registered members who volunteered to be the first to try it out.
It's a very exciting day for us at DAE as this has been in the making for two years, and there is more to come.

Great. I've been checking all month of May. Very exciting development.

Do all pre-registered members have access? I pre-registered but have not heard anything as yet.

      Thanks.

Your UK site has had some of these features for some time. I am happy to see them being added to the US and Australia sites. This is a real plus for DAE.

Carolinian, thank you for your msg of support. We are presently testing the "on hold" feature which will allow members to hold weeks for 24 hours. This should be ready within a month. Thanks again for your msg.

                Congratulations Marc

Like the look of your new site changes and looking forward to more, more more!!
Just wondering if all of those help files have to be there and be manually closed? A nice option would be to close them once and never see them again, unless of course one wants to!
                Again Congrats

Hello TrickyD:banana, thank you for your comments and support. In reference to the 'help files'. They should not be open unless you select them. Can you please answer the following:
                  1. Are the 'help files' already open when you go to our website, that is without you selecting the question mark ?

                  2. If they are, then I will need to know the type of machine, the operating system and the browser and version you are using.

I look forward to your reply. Regards..Marc

                    re Help on your site

Mark, I have been "visiting" DAE for about the last three years and the first time I saw all of the help...was when I clicked on the link in the e-mail I received annoucning the launch of the "new" site. When site loaded there it was help file after help file. Have to scroll to bottom of page to see search results etc.
Anyway system says it is a AMD Athlon 3200+ running on Windoze XP Pro
                    2002 SP2 browser is Firefox 1.5.0.4
Just checked again and it doesn't seem to matter if I close the help by clicking the x in top rt hand corner or the close help tab ath the bottom of help.
Did three searches and the help reappears after every search!
                    Regards TrickyD
