Online availability?

Hi Marc,

I like the look of the new website. I have a question about online availability of both bonus weeks and regular exchange. I notice dates for weeks where the check-in date has already passed. When do dates get updated so I can check under the new member login? Is it a a particular time/day of the week? What about for exchange availability?

Hello dj, thank you for your msg. The online availability for bonus and exchange weeks are updated every two minutes, 24/7 so what you see as available is accurate. As for past dated weeks showing up, it looks like what you saw were weeks which got stuck and did not remove themselves automatically as they are suppose to. I'm now told that this glitch is fixed.
I had a look this morning and all looks ok.
I appreciate that you took the time to send me the alert. Should you come across anything other glitches, don't hesitate to let us know.
