First Impression Nightmare

I just finished after 2 months getting my timeshare verified. This was the most crazy experience so far in timesharing. DAE-USA was very helpful until one of your employees named Donita got involved with her sarcastic emails. Once i forwarded it to my timeshare all of a sudden the tone changed as they did the correct things and DAE did not. Just wanted to let you know and hopefully this is not the norm.

Interesting, Donita M. Cilch was founder and president of Donita's Vacations Unlimited, Inc. which became DAE-USA! I expect she holds much the same position now.

Hello again, Donita was the founder and president of DVU. Donita is now employed by DAE, not in the capacity of President.
