    Have a couple of questions.

I own several floating weeks at a resort on the Cayman Islands. It is affliated with RCI. I have never joined RCI.

How would I deposit a week with Dial an Exchange. I assume I would call and have a week assigned to me, but how does that then get deposited? If I were to say want to let a friend stay at my resort, the resort would charge me to put the reservation into my friends name. Will I have to pay a fee to my home resort to get the reservation into Dial an Exhange's name, and then another fee when Dial an Exchange wants to assign it to someone else? I hope this is understandable as to what I am asking. Just trying to get a better understanding of the true cost to me.

    Thanks

Thank you for your msg. If you chose to bank a week with us, we would ask you to advise our guest name directly to your resort (once we have a guest to take up your week ) and pay the guest fee your resort charges you. You would not have to pay your resort twice. If you want to bank your week, you can bank it through our website at: www.daelive.com or give us a ring on 1 800 468 1799 and we will post you a deposit form.
If you have any other questions, please do not hesite to come back to me.
    Kind regards..Marc

So is there a "exchange fee" (cost?) and the "guest fee" charge?

I jointed a long time ago but have never used.

      Thanks, Terri

Hello - We charge an exchange fee, but only after you have found the exchange that you want. Also, we do not charge a guest fee. Don't hesitate to give us a call or visit us online 800-468-1799 or Dial An Exchange Timeshare + Vacation Ownership & Points Clubs Exchange Service.

Thank you for your inquiry! Give us a try.
