When do bonus rates go down?

Right now on DAE, the bonus weeks from January 5th to January 13th are $99. Then starting on January 14th to January 27th they are $199, then starting January 28th...so forth.

My question is.....when do the $199 weeks slip to $99 weeks. We see one we would like to use for a weekend, but need it to be $99 to make it worth just using a weekend.
