Can I change deposit to rental?

Hello,

I have a week banked with DAE and I'm afraid it's going to expire before I find something. I haven't had any luck so far. I'm wondering if I can change my deposit to a rental after I've banked it?

Hello Debi, thank you for your enquiry. I'm assuming you're enquiring about a credit that is about to expire for a week you have previously banked. If this is correct, no you cannot change your deposit to a rental as the check in date for your deposited week has past. Remember, with DAE you do not have to holiday before the expiry of your credited week, but need to book a holiday, no matter if the date youre booking is past the expiry date of your credit. As long as you book something before your credit expires. In reality, you would of had well over three years to book something against your credit.
