New to DAE

I have just joined DAE and have not received my membership package. The
only resort I listed with them is my Quarter House week. do you take my other two resorts. Please explain the difference between DAE and other
exchange companies.

Welcome to DAE. First of all, you should receive your member handbook within a few days of becoming a member. We send them out daily. We did have a mailing delay a few weeks ago, but all packs are going out daily again now. Also, always feel free to call. We are here to help.

Concerning your week deposits; we absolutely accept deposits from almost all resorts. There are a very few resorts that will not clear an owner's deposit. Making multiple week deposits is easy with us, we will three year credits against those deposits using the oldest one first.

As you may know, we do not charge a membership fee. We also do not charge your exchange fee until you have a confirmed your exchange rather than at the time of deposit. Also, we offer a three year credit on your deposit. Our exchange fees are low - $125 for a domestic exchange and $150 for an international exchange.

We have a great variety of North American and international inventory available with offices in South Africa, Asia, Europe, South Africa, Australia and here in sunny Phoenix Arizona.

We also have a great team of phone consultants that work with you to understand the exchange process and get you the most for your time and money.
