Is DAE US open tomorrow?

Trying to book something and it won't book online and said I need to call. I called the US number and it says the hours are 8:00 to 6:00 PST-but since tomorrow is July 4th...will anyone be manning the phones?

Please advise.

We sure do. Alex called me this morning and we took care of everything. It was just beyond the call of duty. WOW!

I just really need to plug DAE again.

After I finalized everything with Alex. Someone must have retrieved the phone messages because I received another call about an hour later ON 4th of July-no less from someone else at DAE trying to help me. I told her it was OK-that Alex had taken care of me.

I received yet another call today from someone else who must have heard my message and she knew it would be too late-but called to take her lumps and see what she could do for me. I told her it was all taken care of and my guest was using the resort as we speak.

3 calls from employees trying to help me. Try that with the "big 2" !

WAY TO GO DAE! I'm impressed. Kudos to all involved.
