Hi Mark,

I recently put in a request for Ireland in 2008, anywhere from May to early October, Dublin area. I realize there is scant availability in Ireland, but I was hoping the large time frame would help this request. Do you think this one is do-able?

Hello BG, hope youre well and thank you for your enquiry. As you know and mentioned, Ireland is always a difficult area to confirm exchanges. There are very few units available at any time of the year. However, having said that, we are getting more inventory as time goes by. Its difficult to know this far ahead what will get deposited in 2008. The timeframe you are requesting certainly helps, as it gives us more scope to work with. I cannot give you a yes or a no answer as I dont know myself this far ahead. The good news is that we are getting owners of private properties depositing time with us, hence giving us the ability to confirm more exchanges in Ireland.

Thank you, Marc, this is an encouraging answer! I didn't expect a certain yes or no, as I'm sure you don't know the future. But, it is very exciting that you're getting more owners in Ireland depositing!!
