Replacement for Donita

Hi all, Just wondering if members could tell me if they have used anyone at DAE since Donita left that they have had a good experience with (she was great!). I am looking at inquiring about an international reservation (Europe).. I used another person for a different inquiry and he was not my favorite So, I thought I would see if you all had any suggestions of whom to speak with.. Thanks!

I can chime in if you'd like? But it sounds like you might be looking for a much more objective opinion. I am of course a bit biased.

Since I moved to Europe, I switched to the UK office of DAE, and their service has been great. I put in a request for Knocktopher Abbey in Ireland, and they came back within two weeks and offered me any week I wanted 2BR in April, May, or June. I had several other requests for summer for a UK canalboat, a couple of specific resorts in the UK, and some specific properties in France. They came back with offers within my parameters on all of those, although some developments at work made it necessary to decline all of those except Knocktopher. Still, the service has been great!
