Hope someone can shed a little light on this before I call DRI.
Our family has 15,000 point per year (silver membership) We rolled over around 5,00 points to 2012 from 2011.
Due to financial hardship and some unexpected family issues, we were not able to pay our maintenance fees in 2012. I think I may be able to pay the fees by November and maybe even get a jump on 2013 fees.
My question is.... are we going to have to use our 15,000 2012 points AND 5,000 2011 rollover points by the end of 2012? I sure hope not. I can understand the 2011 points, but the 2012 points?
We have no loans for our points, they have already been paid for. I just hate to pay around $3,000 for 2012 and turn around and lose them in 2 months!
