I have noticed that some units that are available for exchange in the mainland section are not Red/High season units. Has HTSE relaxed the 'Red time only' deposit rule?

Aloha! Everything should be RED time. What weeks/resorts are you referring too?

This is on the line between white and blue according to RCI and it's not an II resort as far as I can tell.
